  • RMFP does not offer installation directly, but we partner with a wide network of trusted local contractors. We’re happy to refer you to professionals who are familiar with city codes and HOA guidelines in the Denver area.

  • Yes. Our Denver team regularly works with local HOA requirements and can guide you to the right fencing or siding materials that meet both function and compliance.

  • Yes. Many of our premium hardwoods are kiln-dried, which minimizes shrinking, cracking, and warping—especially important in Denver’s low-humidity environment.

  • We offer quick delivery depending on stock and scheduling, and for added convenience, ask about our Priority Staging option. Just call ahead, and we’ll have your order ready for pickup—no waiting in line.

  • We accept returns within 30 days for unaltered/unused premium-grade products. Contact our Denver location for details and to confirm eligibility before bringing materials back.

  • It depends on your expectations for appearance and waste. Rustic and Quality grades can still be great choices—they just require a bit more sorting. For minimal waste and a polished finish, Standard and Premium are best. Always ask our team if you’re unsure which grade fits your budget and project goals.

  • Yes! We have an indoor showroom featuring decking, fencing, and siding samples so you can compare wood species, finishes, and quality grades before committing to a full order.

  • We stock multiple cedar grades: Rustic, Quality, Standard, and Premium. While Rustic (pickets) and Quality (boards) offer cost savings, Standard and Premium provide fewer knots and straighter boards—great for clean finishes and low waste.
