working at rmfp

  • A: We're a team that takes pride in hard work, customer service, and delivering quality materials to our community. Whether you're in sales, finance, leadership, out in the yard, or behind the wheel, your work matters—and it shows. We’re big on teamwork, safety, and doing things the right way. Every voice matters here, and we love to celebrate wins – big or small.

  • Most of our team works in sales, and operations (warehouse/yard, or as drivers (CDL B and Non-CDL). We also occasionally hire for administrative and leadership roles.

Applying for a Job

  • Browse our open jobs right here on the careers page. When you see a role that fits your experience, click "Apply" and you will be directed to our position on Indeed. You can also stop by in person at [5075 Tabor St. Wheat Ridge, CO 80033] to fill out an application.

  • Experience helps, especially for driver and equipment roles—but it’s not always required. We’re happy to train reliable people who are willing to learn and work hard.

  • A hiring manager will review your application and reach out if your background fits the role. From there, you may have a phone call or in-person interview, and possibly a quick walk-through of the yard.

Roles, hours & requirements

  • Yard workers load and unload lumber, operate forklifts, and help keep things running smoothly for our customers and drivers. Our drivers make local deliveries, load materials, and provide great service at job sites. No two days are exactly the same, but safety and hustle are always a priority.

  • Most positions run Monday through Friday, with early morning start times. Some roles may include occasional Saturdays, depending on the location and season.

  • We currently have one vehicle that requires a Class B CDL. The rest of our deliver vehicles can be operated with a regular driver’s license, as long as you have a clean and insurable motor vehicle record (MVR). If you’re working in the yard, a CDL is not needed.
