Cedar Farm Fence We Supply
Farm fencing can tend to be a pretty broad term when looking at options to fence in your property or animals. Below, we have gone ahead and narrowed it down to our best sellers when it comes to wood fencing. If you don’t see what you are looking for, feel free to give us a call and we can talk through some more options that may better suit your needs.
Ranch Rail
When it comes to farm fencing, ranch rail is the most customizable because it does not have pre-drilled holes in the posts (whereas split rail and post & dowel do). This style of fencing is great for keeping large animals fenced in, but can also be utilized for smaller animals with the use of weld wire. The most common materials we see used for ranch rail are 4×4, 4×6, and 6×6 cedar posts with nominal 2×6 or 2×8 cedar boards for the rails.
Split Rail
Split rail is great for those big fencing projects that go along the perimeter of your property, or for those long stretches of pasture to keep animals contained. This fencing is typically the least time-consuming to install, and one of the more inexpensive options. Rest assured, you will get years of maintenance-free use out of your split rail fence. We offer both 2 and 3-hole posts with 10′ rails to go between.
Post & Dowel
Post & dowel fencing has a very uniform look to it, with both the rails and posts being round. This fencing is not made from cedar like all our other fencing products, but rather manufactured from pine logs and chemically pressure treated to help prevent rot. Materials that we normally have in stock are for 3 rail applications which include line posts, corner posts, end posts, and 8′ rails.
Weld Wire
Weld wire is easily applied during the fence installation and keeps small animals from going through the openings between the rails of the fence. The weld wire we offer is 48″ tall and can be ordered in either 50′ lengths or 100′ lengths.
Hardware & Extras
If you are wanting to skip a trip to the big box stores, we can also supply you with the needed hardware and materials to complete your fencing project. This includes concrete, gate hardware, and screws.
