Happy Holidays from everyone here at Rocky Mountain Forest Products! Wow, this year has flown by and we are ending the year full of gratitude and excitement for all of our commercial and residential clients. This year has proven to be our best year in company history, supplying Denver wholesale lumber. We performed over 23,000 transactions, supplied over 2 million linear feet of decking, and sold over 3 million pickets. We couldn’t have done any of that without you!
We had a lot of fun participating in Elf on the Shelf this year, with our own little guy, “Jeffery the Elf”. He sure kept us up on our best behavior and made for some laughs in the office. Some highlights were seeing his surprise with the overwhelming amount of Dallas Cowboys Christmas memorabilia taking over the office of our trusted accountant, Debbie. He had to set everyone straight that Santa’s favorite football team is the Denver Broncos, even if they played atrociously this year. We always have next year, right? Right…? We were amazed when Jeffery took over unloading our granite slabs at our sister company, Granite Liquidators. We were short -handed, but Jeffery just jumped in and started helping- which we are forever grateful for. We’re still not sure where he learned to operate a forklift, but we guess Santa has a lot of inventory to move around, so he was probably trained on that at the North Pole.
Another great highlight of our holiday season has been our Toys for Tots toy drive. You all blew us away with your generosity and thoughtfulness to help out kids in need this season. We were able to donate over 130 toys to two very deserving organizations. The idea came from our very own Assistant Sales Manager at our Flagship Location, Connor. Connor truly has a big heart to organize this toy drive and we are grateful to have him on our team. Make sure to check out the video on our social media pages when Jeffery took Tye from our marketing team and Chris, our Tabor Street Sales Manager, to Walmart to buy 2 carts full of toys for kids. They made quite a scene at our local Walmart, but it was all in good fun!
Speaking of fun, can you believe that in our 43 years of business- we hosted our 2nd Annual Company Holiday party this December? We took the Rocky Mountain Forest Products and Granite Liquidators team to Howl at the Moon Denver and enjoyed relaxing and listening to great music on the dueling pianos. It was a blast to spend time with each other and reflect on another great year for the company.

As we go into a new year of possibilities, we hope to continue to provide quality products at the best prices around. We know that it wouldn’t be possible to stay in business for 43 years without our loyal customers and our strong work ethic. We pledge to never stop innovating, to always be honest, and to continue working together with our contractors and homeowners.
Happy Holidays from our family to yours!
